Privacy

We keep this short, and we collect less than you’d expect.

If you email us

If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write. That’s it. We don’t use cookies, run analytics, or track how you move around the site.

If you work with us

If we end up working together, we hold what we need to do the job and run the business: your contact and company details, the brief and anything you share for the project, our correspondence, and the paperwork around it — contracts, invoices, and payment details.

Project footage and assets can also contain people — faces in the plates you give us, likenesses we’re asked to recreate. We treat that as your data, use it only for the work, and don’t reuse it for anything else.

What we do with it

We use your message to reply and talk through the work. We don’t sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We hold on to email conversations for as long as there’s a live reason to, then we delete them. Contracts and accounting records we keep for about six years because the law requires it, then delete them too.

Your data, your call

You can ask us what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@inbitwin.studio and we’ll sort it.
